Households¶

A household groups people who share a home or a company, such as partners, parents and children, or colleagues. Each person stays their own contact, with their own history, and each sees the others on their page.

• On a client's page, Household > Add and pick someone already in your studio. They join that person's household, which is made (named "Surname household") if it didn't exist.
• Rename changes the household's name. Move puts them in a different household. Remove from this household takes them out; a household with nobody left is deleted.
• A person is in one household at a time.
• With AI access on, contacts_get includes the household and the other members.
